A new agency has no case studies, which is a real problem — you have no way to judge whether I can do this. Teardowns solve it without requiring anyone's permission: I audit a site properly, publish the whole thing, and you decide from the work rather than the pitch.

Every teardown scores the same eight signals as the free checker, weighted by the evidence on the evidence page: heading order correlates with roughly 2.8x citation odds, structured data is contested, and AI Overview exposure varies from 89% of informational queries to 3-4% of transactional ones.

The first teardown had to be our own. Two H1s, eleven dead links, no structured data, no tables, one statistic on the entire page — and a product that duplicated a free Google tool.
Free, and the terms are plain: I publish the result whatever it says. If your site does well that is useful to you and mildly inconvenient for me. If it does badly you get the fix list anyway.
One condition — the site has to be real and in use. I am not tearing down staging environments or side projects with no visitors.
