One exhibit. Here is why it is not hidden behind a stock photo grid.
This practice is new, so the portfolio is one item long. Padding it with mockups, unbuilt concepts or client logos from other people's projects would be the ordinary move and it would undermine the only thing being sold here. So: one real site, measurable, with the source open.

Built exactly the way a client build is built — static HTML from Astro, schema on every page, answer-first copy, no web fonts, no analytics, no cookie banner. Its homepage scores 91 on the checker linked in its own header, and no page here scores below 76. You can run that check yourself right now, which is the entire point of publishing the tool.

Comparison figures are typical ranges rather than a controlled study — treat them as indicative. The left column is measurable: run the checker against any page here, or read the source. Page weight matters because AI crawlers fetch JavaScript as text without executing it, so anything rendered client-side is invisible to them regardless of how it looks in a browser.
Exhibit 02: the before
The same domain used to host a failed SaaS product. Rather than quietly deleting it, the old landing page was audited in public and the findings published — two H1s, no structured data despite a full FAQ section, zero tables, one statistic on the entire page, and eleven links pointing at nothing.
It is the most useful thing in this portfolio, because it is a documented before and after on a single domain, and because the subject cannot complain.
Wanted: the first three client builds. New practice, thin portfolio, and the honest way to fix that is to trade. The first three builds go at a reduced rate in exchange for permission to publish the whole thing — the before score, the decisions, the after score, and anything that went wrong.
What is deliberately missing
- Client logos. There are no clients yet, and borrowed logos from freelance work elsewhere would be dishonest here.
- Design mockups. Anyone can produce a beautiful image of a site that was never built and never measured.
- Testimonials. Same reason.
This page gets longer as work gets done. Until then it is short, and the shortness is accurate information about how new this is.
